Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. What we collect

  • Scan data — the website address you submit and the accessibility test results we generate for it. Reports are stored so that the report link keeps working.
  • Server logs — standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) used to keep the service secure and running.

The free scan requires no account, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to operate and improve the service: generating your report, keeping report links working, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate usage (for example, how many scans run per day). We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Scan reports are kept while the service operates so that report links continue to work; we may delete old reports over time. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

5. Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of data relating to you — including a scan report of your website — by emailing soda4001@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Changes to this policy

If the service adds accounts, payments, or analytics, this policy will be updated before those features launch. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
